Appraisals are provided with your purchase, as is any original hard copy certification for your chosen stone.
Real Stone Company only works in GIA certified center stones, with very rare exceptions dependent on the call. A lab with accurate and trusted grading is key.
Real Stone Company does not have a “money back” upgrade policy, however can act as a broker for your stone should you like to upgrade. Kirsten will work with you to secure a buyer that’s suitable for all parties.
Real Stone Company warranties all jewelry sold to be free of manufacturer’s defects, and will correct any relevant issues that may arise. However the warranty is voided if a third party other than Real Stone Company makes alterations or adjustments to your jewelry, including sizing. When heated incorrectly or worked on, it may compromise the piece. Clients are responsible for covering the round trip cost of shipping the product. Always insure your jewelry in case of loss, theft, or traumatic damage to the piece.
